Boldo's manifesto
The culture and vision shared by Boldo's founders.
📜 Our story?
As former IT consultants, product managers, enterprise architects and tech leads across 40+ companies, we have been in the trenches and felt the same pain:
❌ Misalignment between strategy, business teams and Information System - with and without architects.
❌ Endless chasing for information - like throwing bottles into the sea - with and without architects.
❌ Projects delayed from light scoping and blind spots - with and without architects.
So we listened : 300+ conversations with Chief Information Officers, Chief Transformation Officers, Enterprise Architects, and Business Leaders...
And then we studied : TOGAF certification, industry benchmarks...
And then we started building.
🎮 Our culture?
Sylvain, Marc and Sven are in our early 30s. We have been raised on solutions like Notion, ChatGPT, VS Code and Figma... : solutions that make you feel smart, not stuck.
Our rules:
🧑🎨 Everything must be beautiful.
🔗 Everything must be connected.
😎 Never repeat the same task twice (lazy is a feature).
🎯 Two clicks max to get anything done.
🧭 Our vision?
We want Boldo to be both the copilot and cockpit of company resilience and transformation. A kind of Jarvis for enterprise transformation: smart, intuitive, insightful and actually a joy to use.
Because clarity and alignment shouldn’t feel like a burden. They should feel like power.
🎢 Our twist?
We’re not just building for efficiency. We’re building for pleasure, clarity, and impact.
For those who use Boldo daily : architects, project leads, product owners.
And for those who consume its outputs : CIOs, CFOs, COOs, CEOs, CDOs.
Each persona gets what they need : fast, visual, tailored insights.
Because a CEO won’t look at the same thing as a CIO and a business leader shouldn’t need a PhD in architecture to understand what’s going on.
⚙️ The how - our engine room.
"Enterprise Architecture Modeler" is the decathlon of software , it calls for : smooth UX, Artificial Intelligence assistance, visualisation & storytelling, governance, modelling, interoperability, sovereignty & security.
Making all of that feel light and seamless? That’s our craft.
