Learning to work on a shared repository

The Boldo repository is shared: architects structure it, IT and transformation teams feed it, business teams consult it to decide. So each group has different things to learn.

Our training paths are split by role, not by level. A Viewer never needs to import a CSV file; an Administrator does. Each path goes straight to the skills that matter, inside Boldo, often on your own applications and processes.

How a training path unfolds

  1. A practice environment from the start

Every participant gets an individual sandbox, plus a shared workspace for the organization. Everything happens inside Boldo, in real conditions.

  2. Workshops, not lectures

Navigating the inventory, reading the relationships between assets, working with views and diagrams. Most clients work directly on their existing applications, processes and flows.

  3. Governance made simple

How data gets updated and validated, who does what across the Administrator, Editor and Viewer roles, and the best practices that keep the map reliable.

  4. Follow-up after the session

Coaching sessions are included to review your real cases and support adoption. Every participant leaves with a certificate of participation.

Funding your training through your OPCO

An OPCO (opérateur de compétences) is a state-approved body that funds employee professional training. There are eleven of them in France, each covering specific industry branches, and every company is attached to one through its training contributions.

To request coverage, identify the OPCO your company depends on (your HR department or accountant will know), then file a request on its online portal before the session starts, along with the program, the quote and the training agreement. We provide these documents on request.

Coverage levels depend on your OPCO, your company size and the funds available: the decision is theirs.

Frequently asked questions

Each training matches a specific role in the organization: Administrators (architects, IT leads) configure and govern the repository, Editors model and feed the map, Viewers consult the views to analyze, decide and communicate. You can train a single profile or combine all three paths.
