Organisation settings

The Information section defines your organisation’s identity within Boldo. It brings together the visual and descriptive elements that represent your organisation across the platform: logo, name, and essential statistics.

This section provides a comprehensive overview of your organisation, including:

  • Visual Identity: A custom logo or the default Boldo logo
  • Basic Information: Organisation name and date of creation
  • Your Role: Your status within the organisation
  • Statistics: Total number of members in the organisation

✏️ Editing Organisation Information

Only organisation administrators have the necessary privileges to make changes.

To personalise your organisation’s identity:

  1. Access the section: Click on “Information” in the left-hand menu
  2. Begin editing: Click the “Manage” button (only visible to administrators)
  3. Customise: Update your organisation’s details in the pop-up window
  4. Save your changes: Click “Confirm” to apply the updates

🖼 Organisation Logo

  • Accepted formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Maximum file size: 50 KB

🏷 Organisation Name

  • Usage: This name will appear throughout Boldo as your organisation’s identifier
