1. Breaking Down Silos: 100% Collaborative Process Modeling

Architecture mapping should not happen in a vacuum, we have completely revamped our process modeling engine to make it fully collaborative.

Teams can now work together on the same process models, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT architects. No more exporting static files or exchanging feedback via email, process mapping is now a shared, living workspace.

2. A New Standard for IT Visibility & Navigation

  • The 360° Relationship Explorer: Impact analysis is now visual and immediate. Jump into any asset and instantly explore its entire dependency graph in a dedicated 360-degree view.
  • Asset Type Layers: Simplify your navigation across complex architectures by toggling specific layers of asset types on or off.
  • Nested Cards (More compact & customizable): We redesigned nested cards to take up less space while giving you the power to configure exactly what information is displayed on them.
  • New Chart Types: We have expanded our visualization library with new chart types to help you build better, more insightful reporting dashboards.

3. Connect Everything: OpenAPI & Advanced Data Ingestion

A repository is only as powerful as the data it holds. We know that populating your architecture tool manually is a bottleneck, so we focused heavily on data ingestion at scale:

  • The Boldo OpenAPI Portal: You can now connect Boldo to your existing ecosystem programmatically. Our new OpenAPI portal makes building custom integrations faster and standardized.
  • Overhauled XLSX Batch Import: Importing bulk data from Excel is now a frictionless experience.
  • External ID Keys: To ensure your data remains clean during bulk imports or API syncing, we introduced external identifier keys. You can now synchronize systems massively without ever worrying about creating duplicates.

4. Streamlined Enterprise Governance

For our enterprise clients, governance and access control are critical but powerful doesn't have to mean complicated.

We have radically simplified the rights management interface. More importantly, we introduced Default Rights Definition. You can now easily set default permissions for users without specific roles, or for assets that have not yet been assigned to a specific domain. This ensures your data remains secure while drastically reducing the administrative burden on your platform managers.
