What is the “Asset 360” page?

The Asset 360° page provides a comprehensive, contextualised view of an asset within the information system and the organisation.
It brings together in one place all relevant information about the asset, including:

  • its properties,
  • its relationships with other parts of the system,
  • tracking and collaboration information such as change history and comments.

This view allows users to quickly understand the environment in which the asset operates.


How to access the “Asset 360” page?


From any page in Boldo – whether a table or a diagram – you can access an asset’s 360° page by clicking on the “Open in 360°” icon located to the right of the corresponding row.


What does the “Asset 360” page contain?


The page is structured into several tabs:


"Information" Tab

On the left, the properties panel displays all the key metadata for the asset. This includes the asset’s name, type, status, creation date, and the person who created it. This section serves as the core information base for all users.

On the right, an interactive knowledge graph displays all elements linked to the asset: connected applications, associated processes, supporting infrastructure, etc.
This graph makes it easy to navigate between assets with a simple click on any element, each linking to its own “Asset 360” page.


"Linked Assets" Tab

This tab contains tables of related assets. These tables allow you to sort information and perform quick actions, such as opening the 360° page of a related asset.


"Diagrams" Tab

Here you will find all diagrams that reference the asset.


"Comments" Tab

Communicate and collaborate through this discussion thread.


What actions can be performed from this page?

The “Asset 360” page also allows you to act on the data directly from the interface:

  • Edit the asset
    Click “Edit” in the top right corner of the page.
  • Modify a linked asset
    Click the “Edit” icon (✏️) in the row of the linked asset
    or open the “Asset 360” page of that asset.
  • Remove a relationship
    In the linked assets table, click the three dots then select “Delete” (🗑️) to remove the relationship.
