Learning Objectives
At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Model applications, processes, data, flows, and functional domains
- Import and structure data (Excel, Dataflows, existing inventories)
- Create and enrich views, nested maps, and dynamic diagrams
- Enhance the value of data through visualisations and storytelling
- Work efficiently within a governed system (rules, permissions, data synchronisation)

- Understanding modelling principles: objects, properties, relationships, functional domains
- Exploring the inventory: search, filters, 360° pages, navigating across assets
- First editor actions: create, edit and organise data to structure the cartography

Building the Repository & Practical Workshops
- Build and organise the inventory: applications, infrastructure components, data flows, functional domains
- Import, enrich and maintain data: Excel/CSV files, cell editing, quality checks
- Visualise and communicate the IS: inventory views, nested maps, visualisations, dynamic diagrams and storytelling techniques

- Introduction to roles: Admin / Editor / Reader
- Governance principles: data quality, modelling rules, update cycles, repository structure
