Editor training: model the IS and produce views that matter
The Editor turns available data into a usable repository. In nine hours, your teams learn to model assets, take over existing inventories and build the visualizations used by the rest of the organization.

A training for those who build the repository
The Editor training is for enterprise architects, project leads, IT and transformation teams, product managers, tech leads and data leads.
It does not require knowing how to administer the platform. Participants learn to work within an already-configured metamodel and rights framework, then to turn a business or technical question into a usable representation.

From raw data to a usable map
Participants build a repository, take over existing data and produce views tailored to different audiences.
Understand the Boldo model
Discovering assets, properties, relationships and functional domains. Getting to grips with the inventory, search, filters and 360 pages.
Build and enrich the repository
Creating assets and relationships, organizing the inventory and importing data from Excel or CSV files.
Participants learn to spot duplicates, check imported information and maintain a consistent scope.
Build the right visualizations
Creating inventory views, nested maps, charts and dynamic diagrams.
Each representation starts from a precise question to avoid views that are too general or hard to use.
Apply the method to your cases
Exercises based on your data or situations close to your missions. The session also covers contribution rules, update cycles and collaboration with Administrators and Viewers.
Editor or Administrator?
The Editor builds the repository content within an already-configured framework. The Administrator defines that framework and organizes its governance.
- Editor: create assets, import data and produce visualizations
- Administrator: configure the metamodel, roles, access domains and governance rules
- Viewer: consult the views and find the useful information
