  • CIO Advisor / Enterprise Architect – Global logistics operator (1,500 employees, 40 sites, 20 countries): Creation of a strategic technology foundation enabling operational efficiency and IT landscape rationalization.
  • Interim CIO – International NGO (70 employees, 7 countries): IT stabilization and realignment of priorities with the organization's growth strategy.
  • VP Information Systems (LEM International SA): Full reorganization of the IT team (ultimately 30 people across 5 sites serving 17 countries). Development of a cybersecurity strategy and implementation to ensure cyber-resilience. Complete transformation of the IT landscape (cloud migration) to deploy modern digital solutions. Launch of a global business transformation program including the replacement of most core applications (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, etc.) to enable faster business growth.
  • Global Supply Chain Director (Piaget International SA): Management of the Supply Chain team (25 people) and definition of the function's structure. Oversight of the SAP deployment for the brand across its subsidiaries, including retail. Implementation of management processes based on S&OP best practices.
  • Organization & IT Manager (Piaget International SA): Building and managing the IS team (15 people, including 4 hires). Definition of the target IS landscape and roadmap, along with the corresponding budget.
  • Business Application Manager (Patek Philippe SA): Setup and management of the SAP team (7 people, including 4 hires). Coordination of all SAP projects and creation of a Helpdesk team to improve user support. Lead on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Purchasing & Inventory (MM), and Production (PP) projects.
  • Business Analyst (Firmenich SA): Installation and maintenance of the ERP (QAD MFG/PRO) for all European sites.
